The Easter Egg Guild Scholarship Program
Easter Egg Labs believes Web3 gaming is transitioning to a place where there will be greater rewards for higher skill players. For that reason we tend to look for scholars who meet the following criteria:
Scholar Criteria
- Experience playing multiple play-to-earn games or have a willingness to learn.
- Experience in co-operative play (World-of-Warcraft, etc) or a willingness to learn.
- Are willing to commit to training with other guild members or managers.
- Are willing to commit long-term to the guild
- Have a reasonable command of English (spoken and written).
- Is primarily playing to win competitive prizes, not just accumulating daily earnings. In the case of Axie this means placing to win AXS, not just picking up SLP for a single match (although we appreciate how important that is).
- Starting with a 40/60 Guild/Scholar earnings split (for Axie Infinity) with bi-weekly payouts. Shares transition more in favor of the scholar as they demonstrate success.
- In the case of Axie Infinity We require a minimum of 400 SLP every week for 20 Energy and 900 for 40 Energy.
- Consistency bonuses for hitting benchmarks
